Clean and comfy beds, lounge access was well worth it and amazingly convenient, fitness center was one of the best I've seen and clean. Hallways were extremely quiet even with neighbors, which was much appreciated. Room service was extremely fast and perfectly delivered with a smile. Staff was equally friendly, warm and easy to communicate with. Starbucks was a nice perk as well. Night view of downtown San Antonio skyline from a balcony room is amazing. Price range for hotel is very reasonable! Can't wait to stay here again!

As someone who tries to balance between cost and cleanliness when booking, we last minute booked here because it was about $100 for the stay and the ratings seemed nice. For this price point, this is definitely one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in while in San Antonio. The rooms are nice and clean! The building has some age shown in the walls and ceilings but because the lobby and rooms were well kept we didn’t mind. I absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely stay again!

The property was clean and well-kept. The room looked as if it had been renovated and fresh. The pool was a delight and full-sized. There were at least over eight adults and a few children in the pool at one time, and I did not feel overwhelmed or over-crowded.

Bed was comfortable, the room was large and clean, it had a separate section for dining in the corner. The bathroom was clean and had a large shower with great water pressure. Right off i10 but you don't hear the traffic. Plenty of cameras in the parking lot.

Room was nice. Modern. Breakfast that we ordered via room service was good. Staff was very friendly. Very nice hotel!
